Hair, Nails, and Skin
Regulates good and bad cholesterol
Argan softgels contain a high concentration of oleic and linoleic acid. The oleic acid contributes to lowering the cholesterol levels, while linoleic acid acts as precursors to Prostaglandins. Argan oil slows down the absorption of cholesterol in the intestines. Monounsaturated fatty acids reduce blood levels of LDLS without affecting the good cholesterol. The sterols when ingested with food, compete with cholesterol molecules to get absorbed into the blood stream, which blocks the entry of cholesterol into the blood stream. Carotenoids found in Argan have antioxidant properties which help inhibit the bad cholesterol that leads to plaque build up in the artery walls.
Increases circulation while preventing cardiovascular problems
The 80% of non-saturated essential fatty acids positively effect the circulation system. High in Omegas 6 & 9; the acids protect cellular integrity while reducing inflammation resulting in stronger circulation and blood flow. The lipid compound, prostaglandin,is a natural anti-inflammatory. It helps to regulate bodily functions such as heart rate, blood pressure, smooth muscle contraction,
circulation, while strengthening blood vessels.
Boosts the immune system
The polyphenols stimulate immune response, enhance cell-to-cell communication, repair cell damage caused by toxic exposure such as smoking, pollution and UV rays, it also assists the body to detoxify carcinogens. Squalene, a natural immune booster, binds fat soluble toxins and excretes them from the body. When the fatty acids are converted into prostaglandins, the result is a healthy & stronger immune system.
Assists in digestive functions
Argan oil promotes the healthy synthesis of pepsin, an enzyme known to improve the digestion process. The ferulic acid found in Argan decreases blood glucose levels and protects against insulin resistance assisting those with diabetes.
Rheumatism and osteo-arthritis
The natural source of Prostaglandins are known to work as anti-inflammatory agents, as they reduce pain and swelling while stimulating blood flow. The polyphenols found in Argan are secondary plant metabolites, they are known for their antiseptic and antioxidant properties as well as working as an anti-inflammatory.
Neutralizes free radicals and stimulates cellular exchanges
Argan oil is packed with free radical fighters such as vitamin E, and squalene, and tocopherols that quench free radicals and neutralizes destructive oxidation, while stimulating intracellular oxygeneration.
Prevents terminal disease
The naturally occurring squalenes and vitamin E found in Argan oil exert a potent antioxidant effect in each and every cell, this equips the body with the necessary nutrients for immune function and disease resistance. Polyphenols also help the body cope with environmental toxins that cause disease.
Hair and Skin
Argan is known to make hair luscious, healthy, and full of shine. It combats frizzy locks, while sealing spit ends without making hair weighed down or greasy. The unsaturated fatty acids
strengthen damaged hair, while bonding the protein structures that make up a hair strand. Argan oil promotes elasticity and firming of the skin as it nourishes and reduces wrinkles, stretch marks, and fine lines. It regenerates skin as it revitalizes the cell functions preventing early aging symptoms. It has been known to also treat acne, eczema, and psoriasis.
